Account Executive – B2B Sales

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX | Fully Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Base Salary: $55,000–$56,000
Year 1 OTE: $75,000–$85,000+
Commission: Uncapped Residual Commission

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a driven Account Executive to generate new business within the small-to-medium business (SMB) market.

This is a hunter-focused B2B sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing new accounts. You'll manage the full sales cycle while helping businesses identify solutions that improve their shipping and operational efficiency .

The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, energetic, and motivated by both career growth and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within the assigned SMB market.
• Conduct daily cold calling and outbound prospecting to build a consistent pipeline.
• Identify and connect with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and operational challenges.
• Present customized solutions designed to improve shipping and business efficiency.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain consistent prospecting, appointment, pipeline, and deal activity.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for continued account growth.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in B2B sales and new business development .
• Hunter mentality with the motivation to prospect and create new opportunities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound sales activity.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated by measurable performance goals.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable working fully onsite Monday–Friday in the DFW area.
• College degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$56,000 base salary.
• $75,000–$85,000+ first-year OTE.
