CNC Machine OperatorWe are looking for a CNC Machine Operator located in Tulsa, OK. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.What's In It For You:Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and empowers through continuous improvementThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!What You Will Do:Sets up and operates CNC lathes to perform threading operations on experimental, individual or quantity parts or rods.Selects mounts and aligns various machine attachments, standard or improvised tooling.Sets and adjusts speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts where applicable.May be required to edit programs.Conducts inspection to ascertain threaded rods meet Norris and/or API specifications using various precision and non-precision instruments, templates and go/no-go gauges.Records inspection data for purposes of maintaining statistical information.May be required to attach protector in coupling and/or attach coupling on rod end to proper tightness.Monitors feed table and straighten improperly placed rods.Performs routine maintenance on the equipment including cleaning, adjusting and maintaining proper fluid levels and filters.Maintains a clean and orderly work area.May be assigned other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:Four years of directly related experience.HS Diploma or GED equivalentPhysical Demands: (if applicable)Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.Continuous standing.Frequent walking, pounding, occasional bending, and using whipping action to untangle rods.Personal Protective Equipment is required including hard hats, safety glasses and steel toed footwear.Lifts/carry 50 pounds occasionally, frequently 33 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.About Us:ChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
