Resource Coordinator

To support a global IT support team, the full-time Resource Coordinator will manage scheduling and coordination of engineering resources, ensuring efficient task completion and client satisfaction in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Scheduling engineering calendars and tickets across multiple time zones for a global support organization Coordinating IT resources to drive task completion and efficient resource utilization Monitoring service personnel schedules to ensure adequate support coverage and timely service delivery Required qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience Experience with MSP tools or ticketing systems, such as ConnectWise Manage Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong and stable internet connection for video and audio calls
