Client Issues And Radiology Workflows

The Customer Support team responds to client issues, monitors client sites, and resolves requests under Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements. The specialist documents incidents in a ticketing system, escalates unresolved requests through internal channels, and follows monitoring, alerting, and security procedures.
