This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high‑growth environment with significant acquisition activity and the chance to impact their growth strategy! The Acquisition Analyst role offers exceptional exposure, hands‑on deal experience, and strong long‑term career development potential. You'll work closely with Senior Leadership, serving as a key partner in evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities. Compensation: Up to $85K base (DOE) plus deal‑based incentive opportunities and a discretionary bonus. MUST BE LOCAL TO CINCINNATI: On‑Site position with potential for Hybrid 1 day/week. Scope of Responsibilities Support the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions. Build and analyze complex financial models, including equity waterfalls, cash flow projections, return analysis, and KPI metrics Evaluate property financials, rent rolls, operating performance, returns, and investment assumptions. Prepare investment recommendations and presentations for senior leadership and investors. Identify and implement AI and other tools/processes to improve financial visibility and efficiency Special Projects Skills Needed BA in Finance or Accounting Open to New Grad to ~2 years of experience. (Our Client really wants someone in the early stages of their career to help mentor and develop!) Self-starter, critical thinker, inquisitive mindset!
