Senior Security Analyst / CIAM SME

Overview: Job Title: Senior Security Analyst / CIAM SME (Transmit Security & Passkeys) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst / CIAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives with a focus on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) , Passkey Authentication , and Transmit Security . The ideal candidate will provide L1.5/L2 production support, troubleshoot authentication issues, support migration from Transmit BindID to Passkeys, and ensure secure, seamless authentication experiences using modern authentication standards such as FIDO2 and WebAuthn . Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1.5/L2 production support for the migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey Authentication .
- Troubleshoot issues related to Passkey enrollment , authentication failures , device registration , and user access .
- Investigate and resolve WebAuthn , FIDO2 , browser compatibility, and authentication protocol issues.
- Analyze device binding, credential synchronization, and cross-device authentication problems.
- Monitor production incidents, review application logs, API transactions, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with application development teams, platform administrators, security teams, and Transmit Security support teams.
- Support CIAM platform implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing production support.
- Work with REST APIs to troubleshoot authentication workflows and API integrations.
- Ensure Identity and Access Management solutions comply with enterprise security policies and industry best practices.
- Assist in migration planning, deployment validation, testing, and production rollout activities.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in rotational on-call support and resolve critical production incidents within SLA.
- Communicate effectively with business users, customers, and technical stakeholders during issue resolution.

- Experience with CIAM products such as Okta , Ping Identity , ForgeRock , or Auth0 .
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and identity governance.
- 8-10 years of IT experience.
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) .
- Hands-on experience with Transmit Security , Passkeys , FIDO2 , WebAuthn , and MFA .
- Experience providing L1.5/L2 production support for authentication and identity platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs , authentication protocols, and troubleshooting authentication workflows.
- Experience in customer-facing production support and incident management.
