• Exposure Response Coordination
\n
• Lead coordination of active exposure events from initial intake through closure.
\n
• Assess enterprise exposure and coordinate validation activities across technology teams.
\n
• Facilitate response meetings and working sessions.

\n

Remediation & Mitigation Tracking

Track remediation and mitigation activities across multiple teams.\n
\n
\nMaintain ownership assignments, target dates, action items, and status updates.\n
\n
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain the authoritative record for active response activities.\n
\n
\nDocument decisions, timelines, exposure assessments, status updates, and closure evidence.\n
\n
\nPrepare concise updates for leadership and stakeholders.\n
\n
Escalation & Handoff Management

\n

\n
• Identify situations requiring escalation to leadership, Incident Response, Risk Management, or other stakeholders.
\n
• Support structured handoffs between teams and processes.
\n
• Ensure continuity of ownership and accountability throughout the response lifecycle.
