Information Security Analyst

Salary: $174,720 - 174,720 per year

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in information security or a related role Proficiency with network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and encryption Strong experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security testing Knowledge of incident response processes and disaster recovery planning Effective communication skills for developing training and collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls Preferred: Experience with SIEM platforms and threat intelligence tools Responsibilities:

Plan and implement measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data Monitor threat intelligence and attacker methods to anticipate and mitigate security breaches Research and evaluate protective technologies to prevent data loss and service interruptions Create, test, and implement network disaster recovery and business continuity plans Conduct risk assessments and control testing across data processing systems and infrastructure Deploy and manage firewalls, data encryption, and related security controls Recommend security improvements, tools, and purchases based on risk and business needs Train staff in network and information security procedures and best practices Technologies:
