Senior It Project Manager

A leading retail energy organization is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support complex integration efforts following a recent merger/acquisition. This individual will play a critical role in driving software enhancement, development, and large-scale migration initiatives across the retail business. This is a highly visible role requiring a hands-on, technically fluent PM who can operate at the intersection of business operations, IT, security, and identity & access management (IAM). The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, politically sensitive environments and take full ownership of delivery from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of integration and migration initiatives (not just planning)
• Manage software enhancement, development, and system transition activities tied to M&A efforts
• Oversee data, access, and application migrations across multiple implementations
• Identify and manage dependencies, timelines, and operational risks proactively
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Drive readiness through documentation, training, and governance
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and ensure smooth coordination across teams
