Responsibilities DevelopandmaintainBIMmodelsthroughoutprojectlifecycle. AssistwithBIMcoordinationandclashdetection. Participateintradecoordinationmeetings. Supportprojectteamswithmodel-basedcoordinationandconstructabilityreviews. Developrenderings,animations,walkthroughs,andvisualpresentations. Assistwithconstructionsequencingandlogisticsmodeling. Supportmodel-basedquantitytakeoffsandearthworkanalysisfromBIMdata. Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,consultants,andtradepartners. Assistwithfieldlayoutsupportandmodel-basedconstructionworkflows. Performonsitescanningandrealitycapturedocumentation. Updateas-builtmodelsanddigitalprojectdocumentation. SupportAutodeskConstructionCloud(ACC)projectworkflows. AssistwithDigitalTwinimplementationandassetdatacollection. MaintainBIMstandardsandprojectdocumentation. SupportadditionalInnovationGroupinitiativesasassigned. Skills HighproficiencyinRevitandAutoCAD.
