Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Virginia OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification (required)
• Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect OT services according to student IEPs
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and related service providers

• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to student-centered goals
• Support skills like fine motor development, sensory processing, and daily functional independence
