Description Front Desk Agent Superhost Hospitality - Holiday Inn Express, Roselle As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Managing and resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously. Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for delivering excellent customer service Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Works well in a team environment and supports colleagues Additional Requirements: Must be able to commute. Availability for varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
