Demand Generation Specialist

Our client sits at an interesting inflection point: as AI makes content abundant, genuine customer proof is becoming the scarce, valuable thing. They've built the infrastructure enterprise brands use to capture, clear rights for, and activate real customer content at scale, and they already count global names across animal health, retail, fashion, and hospitality among their clients. What they don't have yet is a marketing function. That's the opening. This is a from-scratch build, not a seat inside an established team, you'd be shaping the story, the category narrative, and the engine that brings both to market, without an existing playbook to lean on. One thing that makes it harder than the average marketing hire: the buyers here are marketers themselves, so the bar on the actual craft has to be high. We're looking for: 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, including a stretch somewhere early-stage, someone who can pull a clear, memorable idea out of a messy one. Knowing the difference between filling a content calendar and creating something worth someone's attention, Real fluency with enterprise buyers, CMOs, content leads, brand and social teams. A history of marketing work tied to actual pipeline, not just reach or engagement. Comfort building something new without a finished process to follow. A plus if you've got: martech, adtech, UGC, or creator-economy experience; a hand in shaping a category rather than competing inside one; What you'll own: Make the category and the company's place in it easy to understand and repeat. Not just strategy, but actually writing and producing the content across LinkedIn, articles, case studies, and video. Partner with sales to convert attention into real pipeline. Turn outcomes and data into stories that do the selling for you. Own announcements and creative moments start to finish. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills, with experience driving qualified opportunities for growth-oriented businesses. Candidates should possess Marketing Automation skills, with hands-on experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in high-tech or high-growth environments. Relevant qualifications include familiarity with CRM systems, audience segmentation, and lead scoring methodologies.
