Experience: 4 10 Years
Must-Have Skills:
- 6 9 years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Identity and Access Management ( IAM ) experience
- Experience designing and developing enterprise applications
- Strong experience with application design, software development, and automated testing
- Object-oriented design and programming
- Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems
- Relational database experience
- Experience working across multiple platforms and programming languages
- Agile / rapid application development methodologies
- Experience leading engineering teams
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role
- Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and translate them into effective solutions
- Experience developing systems and application programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with ambiguous and under-defined problems
- Experience driving consistent development practices, tools, common components, and documentation
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners on technical requirements and feature planning
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting Identity Services and Capabilities within an enterprise security organization
- Experience in Technology Risk & Information Security
- Experience mentoring engineers and managing a small team
- Experience managing technical requirements, defects, and technical debt
- Experience identifying and adopting innovative technologies
- Experience with annual planning and multi-platform feature development
- Experience prioritizing features and technical requirements for Agile sprints
- Experience with distributed systems and algorithms
- Experience driving continuous improvement and engineering innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
