You’ll run the job: Own the site: setup, safety, equipment, documentation, and client updates. Lead techs on water, fire, mold, and hazard jobs across Nassau & Suffolk. Rotate on‑call for nights/weekends – real emergencies, real responsibility. Keep trucks tight, job sites spotless, and jobs moving on schedule. Relevant certifications (IICRC, Fire, Mold, Asbestos, OSHA, DOT/CMV etc.). Valid NYS Driver’s License; able to lift/carry equipment and work at a fast pace.
