What This Role Really Looks Like

This is a Lead Restoration Technician role with United Water Restoration Group Islandia, NY. Youll run the job:

• Own the site: setup, safety, equipment, documentation, and client updates.
• Lead techs on water, fire, mold, and hazard jobs across Nassau & Suffolk.
• Rotate oncall for nights/weekends real emergencies, real responsibility.
• Keep trucks tight, job sites spotless, and jobs moving on schedule.

Must Haves

• Restoration, construction, or related trade experience. Lead experience a plus.
• Relevant certifications (IICRC, Fire, Mold, Asbestos, OSHA, DOT/CMV etc.).
• Valid NYS Drivers License; able to lift/carry equipment and work at a fast pace. "Able to obtain your DOT certification"
• Joining the oncall rotation (nights/weekends).
• Highly responsive, hungry to rise above mediocrity, and able to empathize with people on their worst days.
