Global Market Execution Lead

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or program management.
• We need proven experience running events such as tradeshows, executive briefings, and product demos.
• Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs is required.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology solutions or IT-focused audiences, including IT decision makers, is important.
• Strong program management skills and operational discipline are essential.
• We value experience managing stakeholders across global and regional teams.
• A customer-first approach and a data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes are needed.

• We partner with marketing and sales teams to bring our global Dimension strategy to life across priority countries.
• We act as the connection point between global marketing, local markets, and sales teams.
• We manage the full event journey, from invitation through post-event follow-up, to improve conversion.
• We work closely with regional marketing and sales leaders to align target accounts and pipeline priorities.
• We serve as the primary marketing contact for Dimension within the market.
• We track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
