We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Henrico, Virginia on a Long-term Contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work, communicates clearly with customers, and stays focused while following established procedures. The role supports daily service operations through phone-based assistance, scheduling coordination, and administrative support in a consistent weekday environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule delivery appointments for incoming shipments
• Coordinate delivery timing between customers and terminals
• Confirm delivery details and update appointment information in the scheduling system
• Send follow-up emails when needed to confirm scheduling or provide delivery updates
• Follow a structured scheduling process and workflow for each delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer communication and scheduling updates

• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar office-based role.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to follow structured processes and complete repeated tasks accurately every day.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner.
• Comfortable working in a role with evolving call volume and changing day-to-day demand.
• Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and documentation.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a Monday through Friday schedule.
