We are looking for an ambitious and motivated person who will join our team and start their career path in the wood-based panels industry.

Job Description

Support the Head of the MDF Department in daily supervision of the production process,
Monitor the achievement of production, quality, and efficiency goals,
Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization solutions,
Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, and other departments of the organization

Qualifications

Higher education or currently studying (preferred fields: wood technology, material engineering, production technology, or related fields),
Professional experience is not required—we focus on commitment and willingness to learn,
Interest in production technology and industrial processes,
Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to organize one’s own work,
Readiness to work in a production environment
