Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality performance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical authority across supplier, manufacturing, and engineering functions. This role requires strong independence, decision‑making capability, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead supplier quality management activities, including audits, performance reviews, and corrective action closure. Own supplier corrective and preventive action processes and ensure sustainable improvements. Lead new supplier qualification and new part approval activities. Analyze quality trends, reduce DPPM, and mitigate supply risk. Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to improve product and process quality. Support and lead internal, customer, and certification audits. Mentor and provide technical guidance to Quality Engineers and technicians. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. 8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality Engineering. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems. Proven experience with root cause analysis, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and supplier development. Experience working independently with suppliers and cross‑functional teams. Electronics / PCBA experience and IPC knowledge are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
