FASTSIGNS of Surprise is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team. $20 per hour Growth and advancement opportunities available Full-Time Position Surprise, AZ About the Position In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities within the shop and serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers. You will prepare estimates and work orders, follow projects from start to finish, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers, identify their needs, and make recommendations Estimate projects ranging from business cards, decals, and banners to large-scale projects such as monument signage and illuminated building signs Work with customers via email and phone throughout all stages of their projects Coordinate with outside resources and vendors when projects need to be outsourced Follow up on company lead emails Process payments and invoices Communicate with customers regarding order status and changes to the production schedule Maintain an attractive, clean, organized, and functional retail environment Estimate projects and follow them from start to finish while providing exemplary customer service Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Excellent customer service and people skills 2–3 years of retail experience , preferably in a sign or fabrication shop Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and projects Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Why Join FASTSIGNS? $20/hour Growth and advancement opportunities Customer-focused team environment Opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills Opportunity to build a long-term career with the company Location: FASTSIGNS of Surprise, AZ 15332 W Bell Rd #118, Surprise, AZ 85374 #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Recruiting Services
