Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay
Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is seeking an Admissions Nurse to join our care-management team in Virginia Beach. The role supports patient admissions, assessments, and discharge planning, coordinating with nursing and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
The ideal candidate holds an active Virginia RN license, has 1+ year experience in Skilled Nursing, and demonstrates knowledge of nursing regulations.
