You aren't just filling a shift-you're building a career. The Role: A Balance of Action and LeadershipIn this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift. You will spend your time both overseeing staff and performing custodial duties to ensure our high standards are met.Operations & Cleaning (60-70%)Hands-On Leadership: Perform core cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, etc.) alongside your team to keep the workflow moving.Site Stewardship: Manage supply inventory and maintain equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next shift.Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures are followed correctly, every time. Leadership & Management (30-40%)Supervise & Train: Lead and evaluate a dedicated team, fostering a positive, productive, and respectful work environment.Quality Control: Conduct inspections to identify and resolve cleaning issues before the customer ever sees them.The "Face" of the Shift: Act as the primary contact for building leads and supervisors, handling inquiries with urgency and professionalism.Administration: Manage shift coverage, staff assignments, and digital timekeeping via company tools. Your Background & SkillsProfessional Experience: You must have 2-3 years of proven experience in leadership/supervision and 2-3 years of experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry.
