Custodian

Work Hours 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Pay $18 per hour. Key Duties and Responsibilities Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, break rooms and office spaces. Wash and sweep inside facility and pick up discarded trash. Perform general maintenance of entire facility including warehouse and freezer. Remove ice and pick up pieces of pallets. Keep grounds clean and free of debris. Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are in good working condition, locked up after use, and that stock levels are maintained through routine checks. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Operate machinery and material handling equipment as required. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and pallet jacks. Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals. Basic math skills. Understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics. Work in temperatures as low as minus 20°F (minus 25°C) in cold storage sites or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear. Lift a minimum of 20 lbs (9 kg); weight may be more depending on facility. Work flexible schedules and shifts, including weekends if needed. Comfortable with various noise levels that may be loud at times.
