AI-Driven Strategy & Operations Lead

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, enabling platforms to provision connectivity at scale. We’re looking for a senior customer operations leader who can own the end-to-end support journey, from launch through optimization, with a bias toward AI-driven efficiency.
You’ll partner with customers and Product to reduce friction, deliver playbooks, and scale our support motion across markets, reporting to the Head of Support in a fast-growing, globally distributed team.
