As our Project Manager, you will lead projects from the initial customer meeting through completion while supporting our service technicians and helping drive company growth. You'll be responsible for:
- Running company-generated replacement and project leads.
- Managing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical projects.
- Leading and Mentoring service technicians.
- Presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinating with office staff, vendors, and installers.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experiences.
- Driving revenue while maintaining high ethical standards.

- No cold calling
- Average 2-4 appointments per day (up to 5 during peak season)
- Expected annual earnings: $140,000-$220,000 + based on performance
- 25+ years serving the Bay Area
