We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Event Staff member to support onsite event operations in California. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can create order in fast-paced environments, assist with attendee coordination, and keep activities moving according to plan. The role blends front-line event support with project-focused coordination, making it ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling scheduling and administrative event tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome attendees at the event site, verify registrations, and provide a smooth check-in experience.
• Scan tickets accurately and resolve basic entry issues to keep lines moving efficiently.
• Support event coordination by tracking schedules, monitoring task progress, and helping maintain key timelines.
• Assist with planning activities that require strong project organization and attention to deadlines.
• Coordinate logistics tied to event setup and related project work, including schedule adjustments as needed.
• Maintain organized records of attendance, scanned entries, and event-related updates for the team.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and onsite personnel to ensure activities stay aligned with the event plan.• Experience supporting events, administrative coordination, or project-based assignments in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to manage timelines effectively and keep multiple tasks organized at the same time.
• Familiarity with scheduling practices and coordinating activities against a master schedule.
• Comfortable using scanning tools or ticket verification equipment with accuracy and consistency.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and day-to-day coordination responsibilities.
• Exposure to construction-related projects is helpful for assignments involving site-based planning or logistics.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a detail-oriented approach when assisting guests and team members.
