CNC Machinist Requirements:

5+ years of CNC machining experience with mills and lathes.

Proven CNC machine setup and troubleshooting experience.

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.

Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

Experience using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.

Solid math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.

High School Diploma or GED (CAD/CAM experience is a plus).

CNC Machinist Job Duties:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision manufacturing.

Prepare tooling, fixtures, materials, and machine offsets for production.

Verify and adjust CNC programs to ensure accurate, efficient machining.

Monitor machining operations and make real-time process adjustments.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality.

Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with programming and production teams.

Maintain a safe, organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
