Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a telemetry unit that specializes in Med/Surg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telemetry nursing and will be able to provide exceptional patient care.Unit InformationUnit Type: TelemetryShift Length: 12 HoursGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekPatient Ratios: 4:1Average Patients per Day: 8-16Primary Facility: Tacoma, WAFloating Requirements: Must be willing to float to nearby locations as needed.Shift DetailsShift Hours: 7 PM - 7:30 AMWeekend Requirement: Every other weekendHoliday Requirement: NoneOn-Call Requirements: Standby basisQualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in a Med/Surg Telemetry settingRequired Certifications: BLS Certification, Washington State RN LicenseEssential Skills: Strong background in Med/Surg Telemetry nursingThe unit is responsible for boarding patients awaiting room availability in the hospital. Registered Nurses are expected to monitor their own telemetry and collaborate effectively with a charge nurse and house supervisor.All interested candidates should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with the ability to handle a fast-paced healthcare environment.
