Job Description
Exciting Nursing Opportunity: ER/Trauma Center Position


- Shift: 12 Hours, Days (7am - 7:30pm)
- Schedule: Every Other Weekend, First to Float
- Primary Location: Varied within Region Two

Position Highlights:


- Engage with a dynamic Emergency Room team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
- Handle a diverse patient load of 8-16 daily.
- Manage your own ER holds to provide focused care.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Charge Nurse and House Supervisor for seamless operations.
- Join in a supportive environment with in-house security to enhance safety.

Patient Care & Environment:


- Care for patients with common Med/Surg Telemetry diagnoses.
- Participate in a high-energy environment with both patient sitters and transport assistance.
- Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient documentation and care management.

Requirements:


- Certifications:
- BLS Certification
- Valid Washington State Nursing License


- Experience:
- Must have Med/Surg Telemetry experience

Floating Details:


- Flexibility to float among different facilities within the Region Two, including:
- St. Clare Hospital, Lakewood, WA
- St. Elizabeth Hospital, Enumclaw, WA


- Rate differential applies when floating outside your primary location.

Scheduling Notes:


- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: None
- Call/Standby Requirement: Yes
- Orientation: 1 day specific to the unit/department
