About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for retail and store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of retail and warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory. The Store Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining store, trucks and equipment. Responsibilities: Management experience in store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and leadership. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management. Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and budgeting processes. Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance. Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; retail or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles. Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset. Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
