Senior Gameplay Designer

Collaborating with a team of designers, the full-time Senior Gameplay Designer will design and implement gameplay features for multiplayer experiences, tune gameplay elements, and maintain documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and implement verbs for both synchronous and asynchronous multiplayer gameplay Collaborate with fellow designers, artists, and engineers under the direction of the Lead Gameplay Designer Tune and balance gameplay elements while participating in regular playtests and providing constructive feedback Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in a design role At least one shipped title in a professional design role; self-published independent projects for associate candidates Fluency with Unreal Engine 5, especially the gameplay ability system and blueprints Passion for games, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to learn
