PAY RATE: $25 PER HOUR

Position Overview We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic individuals who are eager to support individuals in their journey toward independence. Work schedules will be assigned based on Individual's needs, availability, and location. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Guidance with daily activities i.e. light housekeeping, grooming, setting up for arts& Crafts activities, exploring other events and fun things to do in the community therefore (you must have a reliable vehicle with unexpired auto insurance/registration/inspection) to pick up this individual out in your car from Day hab. Provide guidance as needed with their personal goals while promoting independence and community engagement. Support participation in small outings and community-based activities. Create and maintain a positive, person-centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community-based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person-centered mindset with a positive attitude and open-mindedness. Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and promoting independence. Must have a smart device and data plan to utilize our Employment Visit Verification system.
