Legal Assistant, Litigation

Willcox Savage, a law firm with approximately 65 attorneys located in Norfolk, Virginia, seeks an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents Manage case files and maintain document databases Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other meetings Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Perform legal research and analysis Assist with trial preparation Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation practice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location & Schedule This position is on-site in our Norfolk, Virginia, office.
