Office Manager
MJM Construction LLC
MJM Construction is looking for an Office Manager. Work is hybrid - in office and remote. Will be required to go up to Garden City, UT one day a week. Responsibilities include, but are no limited to: overseeing and managing employee time cards, and weekly time reports handling office paperwork such as gravel tickets, receipts, new employee documentation, invoicing, bidding paperwork, etc. attend construction pre bid conferences and construction bid openings manage the UDOT documentation process be willing to help within other areas of the company Qualifications: experience with Microsoft Office is required experience with Dropbox Quickbooks desktop is prefered, not required Strong organizational skills are needed Pay is dependent on experience.
