Triage Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview Keystone Family Medicine – Catherine Street is seeking a dedicated Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. As a fast‑paced, expanding Community Health Center, we are committed to improving the health and wellness of our neighbors by providing quality healthcare to everyone, especially the medically underserved. Responsibilities Manage incoming patient calls, including telephone triage and patient care coordination. Track laboratory results and diagnoses, obtain medical records for new patients. Monitor referrals and complete medication prior authorizations. Support other nursing staff as needed. Provide essential support in a fast‑paced environment, multitasking and working independently and collaboratively. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania RN license or Multi‑State Compact RN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous office nursing experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
