Partners Personnel Management
Join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist and play a vital role in processing and managing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency. In this position, you will handle approximately 40-50 invoice packets daily, including purchase orders, receivers, shipping and freight invoices, and inventory information.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process purchase orders, receivers, and shipping/freight invoices promptly and accurately.
- Conduct detailed 3-way matches between purchase orders, receivers, and invoices, investigating discrepancies like missing items or incorrect pricing.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval for all transactions, including vendor and customer invoices.
- Handle freight and shipping charges, making necessary adjustments, addressing short pays, and securing proper approvals.
- Manage wire transfers and ACH transactions securely and efficiently.
- Compile and prepare invoice packages for processing, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize the Canopy ERP system for invoice processing and data management.
- Leverage MS Office Suite tools for documentation and communication.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to research and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Experience handling wire and ACH transactions.
- Familiarity with invoice differentiation between customer and vendor.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily processing targets.
