About the Opportunity

Our client is in New Bedford; MA is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team! This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career while showcasing strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer billing and credit requests
Create and distribute invoices
Enter and maintain financial data accurately
Perform other Accounts Receivable and accounting-related duties as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience with or exposure to SAGE accounting software required
Background in Accounts Receivable or Accounting required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Hours & Pay

$22-$26 per hour
M-F 9am to 4pm (1 hour lunch)
On-site
