Customer Service Representative (Hybrid/Remote)

Location: Bellingham, MA (Must live locally)
Pay: $22.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (No set contract length)

Schedule

• 90% Remote (must be available to report to the Bellingham office as needed)
• First 2 weeks of training are onsite
• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 32–40 hours per week
• Must work one weekend day each week with one weekday off

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides support to franchisees, drivers, and consumers by assisting with product orders, shipment inquiries, account questions, and service-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, credits, products, and promotions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Document, track, and resolve customer issues through the internal ticketing system within established service levels.
• Provide timely follow-up and outstanding customer service.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and internal systems.
• Participate in special projects and other non-phone activities as assigned.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Previous Call Center experience
  • Experience with Zoom Contact Center (or similar contact center chat/text platform)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Flexible to work weekends and occasional holidays
• Preferred:
  • Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceNow or Salesforce
  • SAP experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
