The Service Associate reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to all members. Beyond greeting and directing members, guests, and staff upon entry, they serve as representatives of our gym’s commitment to exceptional service. They will handle member inquiries and requests, offer knowledgeable assistance, and ensure every individual feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. The role remains flexible and adaptive to evolving needs of the gym, with duties subject to change under management discretion.
