Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Document production data accurately, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Commitment to safety and a positive work ethic. Working Conditions: Standing for long periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required. Exposure to manufacturing environment, including noise and machinery.
