• Develop personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with the latest physical therapy practices to provide evidence-based care.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights with colleagues.

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in New Mexico.

• Recent graduates welcome : we’ll guide you every step of the way!

• Experience in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and track patient progress effectively.

• Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans.

• Commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy practices and evidence-based care.

• Ability to participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and discussing patient progress.
