Client Services Representative
CMC Consultants, Inc.
Our client is a financial services club that is seeking top talent to deliver outstanding concierge services and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Participate in regular training sessions and companywide meetings to expand knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across departments Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in Salesforce Assist clients with general account troubleshooting including balance inquiries, account changes and online access High volume of interesting and informative calls along with daily emails Qualifications College grad with financial services/ hospitality or related internships Ability to learn and grow in a team financial service environment Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems Passionate about providing exceptional client service Excellent organization and detailed skills Our client provides comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits plus pretax commuter benefits for CTA and Metra and more top benefits.
