WPM- C4 Production Line Coordinator Technician Contract (Swing Shift)

Job Description WPM Production Line Coordinator Technician (LineCo). This 2‑year contract position at Intel's Rio Rancho manufacturing facility, New Mexico may be converted to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Work a compressed work week consisting of three consecutive 12‑hour shifts, followed by a four‑day work week every other week. Swing shift: 8 – frontend swing AM‑PM Sun‑Tues and alternating Wednesday days; backend swing AM‑PM Thu‑Sat and alternating Wednesday days. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Responsibilities Line limiter identification and tracking; drumbeat adjustments and monitoring; queue time loop management; coordinating tool and loop downtime in collaboration with the modules. Line management and optimization: interpret segment graphs and use key features of multiple reports to manage the line; apply manufacturing concepts to monitor utilization and indicators to support velocity metrics. WIP management: execute process lockouts, interpret Lot Dispatch, and understand key tools' run rules to manage wafer movement; determine lot properties and attributes to facilitate issue resolution; identify static WIP and step up to relevant stakeholders per spec. Critical Queue Time (CQT): understand and manage CQT loops to meet quality expectations; use Lot Dispatch for CQT information; interpret CQT dashboard and reports; explain CQT start and end; identify when QEF is required for CQT misses; apply knowledge of CQT loop control methods and identify the module owning CQT execution and staging operations. Identify segment loops and review loop release history to understand constraints and throttles for CQTs; resolve throttles and step up to correct key stakeholders. Support operations to achieve effective Hot Box lot movement (hot boxes and velocity). Minimum Qualifications HS/GED and 5+ years related operations experience. Associate of Arts or Science degree with 3+ years of operations experience. 3+ years of military experience. 2+ years' experience with wafer fabrication production systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Shift and Availability Shift 8 (United States of America). Swing shift details: frontend AM‑PM Sun‑Tues and alternating Wednesday days; backend AM‑PM Thu‑Sat and alternating Wednesday days. Job Type and Compensation Intel Contract Employee – Shift 8. Salary range: $52,000.00–$200,000.00 (hourly role). Includes competitive pay, stock bonuses, and benefit programs such as health, retirement, and vacation.
