What To Expect
As a Construction Project Coordinator at Tesla, you'll focus on the administrative and coordination aspects of construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and helping to facilitate communication across teams. You’ll oversee multiple projects from start to finish, supporting the Engineering and Construction teams in driving progress and maintaining workflow. What You'll Do Collect, manage, and distribute communications and reporting for the Construction teamAct as a liaison between Engineering Program Managers, Construction Managers, and SuperintendentsCreate and track workflows, including submittals, work approvals, and RFIs. Set priorities and manage dailyTrack project budgets, forecasts, and schedules. Highlight risks to Project Managers & SuperintendentsFacilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractorsReview project schedules for accuracy, verify field team updates, and construction metricsCreate tracking profiles in BIM software and status field construction activities What You'll Bring Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experienceProficient in MS Office, Primavera, and other project management toolsWorking knowledge of construction designs include MEP dense infrastructure projectsHighly organized with the ability to set and prioritize construction tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills, handling confidential informationAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
