Job Description Oversee daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners across North America, ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance, and service performance Track corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness Convert improvement findings into standard operating procedures, training materials, and repeatable workflows Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse improvements that increase efficiency, space utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency Partner with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Tech, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners Support new product introduction, retail refresh activitie We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
