About the Role

We're looking for a driven, self-starting Territory Manager to join our growing Southern Utah team. This role owns the full customer journey—from generating leads and conducting inspections to closing deals and overseeing projects through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads by conducting property inspections, assessing customer needs, and preparing accurate estimates for roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior improvement projects
• Build trust with homeowners and business owners by providing professional consultations and recommending solutions that best fit their property and budget
• Close deals by guiding customers confidently through the sales process and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and prospecting efforts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule projects, communicate timelines, and ensure efficient project execution
• Manage project progress, communicate updates, and handle change orders professionally and proactively
• Conduct final walkthroughs and quality assurance inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and project excellence
• Develop relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and local businesses to generate ongoing referral opportunities
• Represent R1 Roofing & Exteriors with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to outstanding service

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable balancing sales responsibilities with project management duties
• Roofing, construction, restoration, remodeling, or home services experience is a plus
• Experience in door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, alarms, or similar industries is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license
