Family Physician
Our client is a well-established healthcare organization dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to underserved and uninsured populations in Texas. With a long-standing commitment to improving access to care, the organization operates multiple healthcare centers offering comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages.
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Physician to join our client's outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful community-based care while enjoying a predictable schedule, competitive compensation, and an outstanding work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $220,000$230,000 annually
- Annual Production Bonus: $30,000 opportunity
- Paid Time Off: 20 days annually
- Paid Holidays: 12 days annually

- Monday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Outpatient primary care setting
- 1620 patients per day
- eClinicalWorks EMR
- No call
- No weekends
- No late nights
- No inpatient rounding or admitting
Requirements
- Board-Certified Family Physician
- Current Texas medical license required
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Visa Candidates will be considered
