Charge Nurse
UCHealth Emergency Room
UCHealth is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing care on our inpatient units. The Charge Nurse coordinates patient assignments, supports clinical staff, and ensures safe, high-quality care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily unit operations, mentoring nurses, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting evidence-based practice. The role also includes patient advocacy, monitoring quality metrics, and assisting with staffing and workflow decisions in a fast-paced, patient-centered, and innovative environment aligned with UCHealth’s mission and values.
