We’re looking for an LPN or RN with SNF experience who knows their stuff and knows how to keep things human when the day gets wild.

Schedule is 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

You’ll be:

• Leading the floor like the calm, capable professional you are

• Supporting CNAs, nurses, and residents (sometimes all at once)

• Handling SNF life with confidence, competence, and common sense

• Communicating with leadership that actually listens

• Keeping standards high without killing morale

No toxic nonsense.
No “figure it out yourself” leadership.
No pretending staffing issues are your fault.
